Heard Sri Solomon Raju, learned counsel representing Smt. K. Ramya Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri M.S.R. Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel appeared for the respondents. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Standing Counsel submitted the proceeding issued by respondent No.2 vide R.C.No.1339/H.R/Muddanur/2024, dated 07.01.2025, removing the petitioner SRS,J W.P.No.31543 of 2024 from service, after conducting an inquiry. Copy of the same is handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar. 4. Given the developments pending writ petition, the Writ Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings issued by respondent No.2 vide R.C.No.1339/H.R/Muddanur/2024, dated 07.01.2025, if aggrieved. There shall be no order as to costs.
