GP FOR HOME (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of 4th respondent in conducting the investigation in Crime No.174 of 2018, dated 09-06- 2 2018, on the file of 4th respondent, with regard to the complaint lodged by the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law, unjust, colourable exercise of powers, contrary to the provisions of Criminal Procedure Code and contrary to the judgment of the Honourable Apex Court and consequently direct the 4th respondent to investigate the matter in Crime No.174 of 2018, dated 09-06-2018, on the file of 4th respondent and file charge sheet.” 2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the crime covered by this writ petition was investigated into and the same was referred as ‘false’ vide R.C.No.367/Refer/SDPO-TPT(W)/2018 dated 31.10.2018 by the-then Sub- Divisional Police Officer, Tirupati West Division, Tirupati. Hence, no further orders are required in this matter and the petition may be disposed. 3.
