In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.3/Controller of Examination, Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra to decide the application most expeditiously and preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
