Learned counsel for petitioner submits that due to non- prosecution the writ petition was dismissed vide order dated 20.09.2025. He further submits that the said order be recalled and the writ petition be restored to its original number for hearing on merits. 3. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel, the order dated 20.09.2025 is hereby recalled and the instant S.B.
