This matter is taken up through a hybrid arrangement. 2. Heard. 3. This I.A. at the instance of the Petitioner is filed for modification of the order dated 30.05.2025 passed by this Court in BLAPL No. 5410 of 2025. 4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that since the Petitioner is going through financial exigencies, he is unable to furnish the cash security as directed in the order dated 30.05.2025. He, accordingly, prays for waiving the said p. 2 condition from the order dated 30.05.2025 passed in BLAPL No. 5410 of 2025. 5. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the Petitioner and looking to the averments made in this I.A, this Court modifies the condition of furnishing of cash security from Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) to Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) in the order dated 30.05.2025 passed in BLAPL No. 5410 of 2025.
