The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Khunti P.S. Case No. 74 of 2025, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 347 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1)/238/3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Khunti. 3. On 03.04.2025, dead body of an unknown person was found near Chalamvar Toli. Several injuries were found on the person of the deceased. 4. From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that name of the petitioner has transpired in confessional statement of co-accused and he has also confessed his guilt. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Khunti in connection with Khunti P.S.
