The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Lalpur P.S. Case No. 236 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 111, 292, 293, 318(4) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and under Section 4, 5 & 7 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention Act), pending in the Court of Sri Gautam Gobinda, learned J.M.F.C.-XXXII, Ranchi. 3. On 07.09.20025, at about 03:30 P.M., Lalpur Police, on the basis of confidential information raided the premises of Om Girls Hostel located in Landmark Lane, Ranchi. It is alleged that racket of prostitution was being run from there. Several co-accused persons including this petitioner was apprehended from the place of occurrence. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is a lady. It was further submitted that she was not found indulging in any illegal activity. It was finally submitted that several similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Gautam Gobinda, learned J.M.F.C.-XXXII, Ranchi in connection with Lalpur P.S.
