Assailing the said order, dated 21.08.2024, the respondent authorities preferred an intra Court appeal in W.A.No.1042 of 2024. The writ appeal was allowed and the order of this Court has been set aside by the Division Bench of this Court. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. 3. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to restore the contempt case, in case the petitioner succeeded in the SLP. There shall be no order as to costs.
