2 Sections 4, 6, 10 of the C.G. Krishak Pashu Parirakshan Adhiniyam and Section 11(1)(d)(m) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act. 2. As per the prosecution story in brief is that on 12.04.2025 the complainant namely Ramdev Yadav has lodge written FIR before the Police Station Trikunda against the other co-accused person alleging that on 12.04.2025 the other co-accused were carrying 6 Buffaloes in the vehicle and other co-accused run away in vehicle from the spot. Thereafter the police registered a case as a crime no. 17/2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 4, 6, 10 of the C.G. Krishak Pashu Parirakshan Adhiniyam and Section 11(1) (d)(m) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act against the other co-accused persons after that only on the basis of the memorandum of other co-accused person, the present applicant is implicated in this case as accused. 3. The learned counsel for the applicant argued that the applicant is completely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He would submit that the applicant has no criminal background and therefore, it is respectfully submitted that the entire prosecution is false and concocted. The applicant is the owner of the said vehicle and was not present on the incident place. Therefore, he submits that the present applicant is entitled to be released on anticipatory bail. 4. On the other hand, learned State counsel opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail and submits that this anticipatory bail
3 application is liable to be rejected. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.

Considering the facts & circumstances of the case, considering the fact that the applicant is the owner of the vehicle and was not present at the place of incident and also considering the fact that investigation and trial are likely to take time, without commenting anything on the merits of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present applicant. 7. Accordingly, the instant MCRCA is allowed and it is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicant – Sakeel Ansari, on executing a personal bond and one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of the arresting Officer, he shall be released on bail on the following conditions:- (a) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such fact to the Court. (b) The applicant shall not act in any manner which will be prejudicial to fair and expeditious trial. (c) The applicant shall appear before the trial Court on each and every date given to him by the said Court till disposal of the trial. 4 (d) The applicant and the surety shall submit a copy of his adhaar card along with a coloured postcard full size photo having printed the adhaar number on it, which shall be verified by the trial Court. (e) The applicant shall not involve himself in any offence of similar nature in future. Sd/-
