Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply copy of petition to learned counsel for the respondents. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner raised the construction upon his residential property for self accommodation and storing farming machines vide permission [2025:RJ-JP:42144] (2 of 2) [CW-15734/2025] order dated 22.01.2021 (Annexure-2), which was issued by the respondent No. 3- Tehsildar, Sawai Madhopur and thereby, the petitioner was granted permission to raise the construction on 1/50th part of the Khatedari land. The petitioner thus, constructed a house and PG house, which was permitted under the aforesaid order. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that as the respondent No.3 has issued a notice dated 01.09.2025 for demolition of the construction raised by the petitioner, therefore, the effect and operation of the impugned notice dated 01.09.2025 be stayed. 7. Learned counsel for the respondents seeks time to file reply. 8. List the matter after four weeks, as prayed. 9.
