Heard Mr. Vipul Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. C.S. Rawat, learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 and Mr. J.C. Pande, learned Standing Counsel for the State/respondent nos. 2 to 4. 2. Mr. C.S. Rawat, Advocate, would submit that he has been instructed by the Upper Zila Adhikari, Champawat that by the intended and impugned action, neither the Mela Adhikari, nor the other authorities, have ever decided to prevent or stop other vehicles from traversing the road from Thuligad to Bhairav Mandir; that the Mela Authorities have invited the tender only for providing shuttle service, and there is no question of prohibiting or preventing any third party vehicles, including non-tendering/non-successful taxis, 1 2025:UHC:1769-DB from traversing on the road between the points noted, supra. The submission is placed on record. 3. In view of the above submission, the prayer in the Writ Petition does not survive. Accordingly, Writ Petition stands disposed of.
