As per the order dated 20.08.2025 passed by the learned Mediator, the parties agreed that the matter between them had already been settled vide order dated 08.09.2018 in the National Lok Adalat and the copy of the said order was placed on record. 2. The learned counsel representing the appellants agreed with the statement and order dated 08.09.2018 tendered by 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 counsel for respondents No.1 to 3 and stated that he does not want to press the present appeal. 3. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the learned counsel for the appellants does not want to press the appeal. Resultantly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the amount deposited by the appellants shall be refunded to them along with interest accrued thereupon in equal proportions. 4. The learned counsel for the appellants undertakes to furnish the bank details of the appellants within a period of two weeks. 5. Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.
