Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that on 06.01.2024, at about 10.30 hrs, the Sub Inspector of Police, A.Koduru P.S, received credible information about illegal transportation of Ganja, near Anandapuram Junction, K.Kotapadu Mandal, Anakapalli District. Immediately, Police rushed to the spot and apprehended the A1 to A4 and found 22 Kgs of Ganja in their possession. The contraband was seized under cover of a mediators report. Thereafter, confessional statements of the accused were recorded wherein it was revealed that accused also involved in this crime. 4. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that investigation is not yet completed in the case and opposed grant of bail. 5. The quantity of contraband allegedly seized is 22 Kgs of Ganja. Investigation is pending in the case. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 7.
