Mahewaghat, District Kaushambi whereby cognizance charge sheet has been filed under Sections 504, 506 of I.P.C. against the applicant as well as charge sheet dated 11.05.2021, pending in the court of Special Jude, POCSO Act, Kaushambi. Learned counsel for the applicant fairly admits that the trial is on advance stage, charge has been framed and three witnesses of prosecution has been examined. After some arguments, dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application.
