2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chhattarpur P.S. Case No.26 of 2025, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 221 and 132 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Palamau.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegation is made that 30 to 35 persons came on the spot and damaged the government vehicle. He further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.10 of the petition. He then submits that there are general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons and only the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the allegations are there against the petitioner of damaging the government vehicle.

Considering that the allegations are there against 30 to 35 persons and there are general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.10 of the petition, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned J.M.F.C., Palamau in connection with Chhattarpur P.S. Case No.26 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
