Respondent-plaintiff filed the suit for declaration in the year 1997 to the effect that he was working as a Driver and was entitled to get equal pay for equal work. Other benefits had also been claimed. The said suit was dismissed by the trial Court but the appeal filed by the respondent-plaintiff was partly allowed by the Appellate Court. 2. On 14.12.2000, the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court was pleased to stay the execution proceedings. 3.
