This is a bail application U/S.483 of BNSS by the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Town PS Case No.320 of 2021 corresponding to GR Case No.1875 of 2021 pending in the file of learned SDJM, Sundargarh, for commission of offences punishable U/S.395 of IPC r/w Sections 25/27 of Arms Act, on the allegation of committing dacoity in the petrol pump and taking away Rs.1,84,931/-. 3. Heard, Mr. Swaraj Patel, learned counsel for the petitioner appearing virtually and Mr. M.K. Mohanty, learned Additional Public Prosecutor in the matter and perused the record including the evidence of the victim as produced. 4. After having considered the rival submissions and taking into consideration the nature and gravity of the offences as alleged against the petitioner vis-à-vis the allegation sought to be brought against him and regard being had to the abscondance of the petitioner and taking into account the alleged identification of the petitioner in the CCTV footage as seized by the police in the course of investigation and taking into account the other circumstances on record in entirety, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. 5. Hence, the bail application of the petitioner stands rejected. Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of. 6. Issue urgent certified copy of the order as per Rules. (G.
