With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard finally. 2. By way of the instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- 10.1 That, the Hon’ble High Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner for its kind perusal. 10.2 That, the Hon’ble High Court may kindly be pleased to issue a direction to the respondent no.2 to conclude the proceedings of Case No.202407310100005/B-121/2024-25 within stipulated time. 10.3 That, any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may deemed just and fit in facts and circumstances of the case. 3. The brief facts of the case are that in the year 2014 the Bandhwa Muda Pond was first allotted to the petitioner Society for the purpose of Fisheries which was expired on 15/06/2024. On 14/03/2024 Respondent No.4 issued pubic notice inviting application for allotment of the said pond. Thereafter, on 03/07/2024 after holding of meeting of the concerned officials a resolution was passed wherein it was resolved to allot the said Bandhwa Muda Pond to Respondent No.7 and the petitioner being aggrieved by the said resolution filed an appeal before the Collector on 29/07/2024, however, till date the same has not been finalized. 3 / 3 Hence this petition. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Respondent No.2 may be directed to decide the pending case of the petitioner within a time frame. 5. Learned State counsel submits that they have no objection in deciding the case of the petitioner. 6. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents. 7. Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, Respondent No.2 is directed to decide the pending case of the petitioner after giving opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties expeditiously as soon as possible in accordance with law. 8.
