Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 352, 109 (1), 74 and 75 of BNS and 25 (1-b)/a/26/35 of Arms Act and section 12 of POCSO Act. 3 . As per the prosecution case , this petitioner sexually harassed the victim and also fired upon uncle of victim. It is further alleged that one country made pistol was also recovered from the place of occurrence . The victim in her statement recorded under Sections 180 and 183 BNSS 2023 has supported the prosecution case . Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28084 of 2025(2) dt.13-05-2025 2/2 4. Considering the nature of accusation , 183 BNSS statement of the victim and other circumstances of the case , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected.
