A case has been registered against the -Petitioners herein and others for the offences punishable under Section 376 lPC, section 5(1) read with 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Sections 9 and 10 of the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act. 3. A perusal of the material On record goes tO Show that marriage between petitioner No.1 herein/Al and the de facfo complainant took place on 19.06.2017. lt is alleged that the lSt petitioner herein/Al had sexual intercourse With the de faCfO complainant without her consent on 22.06.2017. Thereafter, in the year 2018, a case was registered against the Petitioners herein I'n Crime No.68 of 2018 of Yelamanchili Town Police Station, for the offences punishable under Section 498-A read with 34 lPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. ln connection with that, an agreement was entered into between the accused and the de racfo complainant on 26.03.2023, whereby they have settled their disputes amicably and it was agreed to pay an amount of Rs.12,00,000/- to the de facfo complainant towards full alimony, out of which 2,00,000/-will be a f[--
paid immediately after filing divorce petition and remaining amount will be paid after granting divorce. By virtue of the same, the de facfo complainant received an amount of Rs.2,00,000/-. According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, having received the said amount, the de facfo complainant has resorted in pressurizing the accused to part with more amounts apart from the agreed amount of Rs.12,00,000/-, when the accused refused to do so, the de facfo COmPlainant has resorted in filing the present complaint against the petitioners herein. 5. ln view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners herein/1 to A3 on the following conditions.
i) In the event of arrest of the petitioners herein/Al to A3 jn the aforesaid crime, they shall be enlarged on bail on their executing personal bonds for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like sum each to the satisfaction of the concerned Arresting Officer, ii) Petitl'oners/Al to A3 shall make themselves aval'lable for interrogation by a police officer as and when required, and they shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat `-brsria±`
