CWP Nos. 7612 & 7613 of 2022 have been allowed by passing separate detailed order, however, in the present case the petitioner would not be covered, keeping in view the fact that the project in question at Malana-III is of 30 MW and therefore the notification dated 25.09.2025, would not cover the same. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they have filed an application for the reduction of capacity and therefore wish to press for their representation before the State. Let the State take a decision within two weeks’ as the State has no positive instructions. Accordingly, in case such a representation is filed, it is open to the State to take a call on the same in accordance with law. CMP No. 25926 of 2025 Present application has been filed regarding substitution/change of name of Petitioner Company from Kundan Care Products Limited to Absolute Herbs Exports Private Limited, on account of the amalgamation of the petitioner company as per the scheme of amalgamation.
