Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 2. This writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quash the impugned order dated 29.5.2024 passed by Commissioner Chitrakoot Dham Mandal Banda in revision no. 868 of 2024 (Computer Case No. C 202407000000868) Smt. Brijrani Versus State of U.P. and others and order dated 31.7.1992 passed by Collector Hamirpur in case no. 68 of 1990 Under section 198(4) of U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act (Annexure 1 and 4 to the writ petition)" 3. Patta of the petitioner was cancelled in the year 1992, after contest. Against the order passed in the year 1992, a revision has been filed in the year 2024 and the same has been dismissed on the ground of delay. 4. In my view, no illegality has been committed by the courts below. This petition lacks in merit and is accordingly, dismissed. 5.
