A case has been registered against the petitioner herein for the offence punishable under Section 20 (i)C(iii) and 32-B of A.P.Forest Act 1967. 3. Brief facts of the case are that on 13.ll.2024, the Forest Range Officer, Peddavalasa found unauthorizedly stored 45 Rosewood logs in the house of accused without any proper permission of Forest Department. 4. Heard. Perused the record. 5. Basing on the material on record, it goes to show that the Property that has been Seized from the house Of the Petitioner iS 15 years old Rosewood. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner has filed certain photographs. On a perusal of the same, it goes to show that the same has been stored in an old building. The police, during the course of investigation, have not seized the Rosewood for the reason that no adults were there in the house at the time of inspection. 6. In view of the reason that Rosewood is of 15 years old, there is any amount on ambiguity whether the petitioner has secured the Rosewood recently and the same has been stored. ln view of`the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this court is -, inclined to grant anticiPatOry bail tO the Petitioner herein On the following conditions. i) ln the event of arrest of the petit®loner herein/Accused in the aforesaid crime, he shall be enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like Sum each tO the satisfaction of the concerned Arresting Officer. i-I) petitioner shall make h®lmself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required, and he shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer. iii) petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned once in a week i.e., on every sunday between 10.00 AM and 01.00 PM till filing of charge Sheet. 7.
