Case No. 59 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 366(A), 504, 506, 363 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. The victim is said to have been abducted by the petitioner but the victim in her statement made under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has said that she was in relationship with the petitioner and she had eloped with him.
