This writ petition has been filed for the grant of following substantive relief:-
“(i) That the respondents may be ordered grant daily wage status to the petitioners, as per the judgment rendered in Hari Chand and others Vrs. State of H.P,. from the dates they completed 10 years, as per policies framed by the Government, from time to time, on the basis of length of their service and their services may be ordered to beregularized, on completion of the requisite period of service, with all benefits incidental thereof.”

Relief has been claimed on the strength of

- 2 - judgment rendered in Hari Chand and others Vs. State of H.P. and others2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that LPA No.13 of 2022, titled State of H.P. and Others Vs. Hari Chand and others, arising from Hari Chand and others2 is pending adjudication, therefore, this writ petition be closed at this stage with liberty reserved to the petitioner to represent to the respondents after decision of LPA No.13 of 2022 with further directions to the respondents to consider and examine the case of the petitioner in light of aforesaid decision.

In view of above, this writ petition is closed at this stage with liberty reserved to the petitioner to represent to the respondents after decision of LPA No.13 of 2022. In case such a representation is so made by the petitioner within four weeks from the decision of the LPA No.13 of 2022, the same shall be consider and examined by the respondents on the basis of the facts and in light of judgment in LPA No.13 of 2022

With the above observations, this writ petition to stand disposed of.
