Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this petition, the petitioner has approached this Court alleging willful disobedience of the direction passed by the Court in its judgment dated 20.09.2023. 2. Having heard Ms. Anubhuti Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the considered view that per se, it cannot be said that there is any willful disobedience of the Court order. Action in accordance with the judgment passed by the Hon’ble Coordinate Bench on the complaints of the petitioner has to be taken by the authorities 2 as prescribed under the Panchayati Raj Act and in case the petitioner has any grievance against them, then, he may seek appropriate remedy against them. 3. As far as the present respondent-contemnor is concerned, proceedings qua him are closed by discharging the notice with the observation that if in future the petitioner has any issues with regard to his life and liberty relatable to the issue that was raised in the writ petition, then, he may approach the Superintendent of Police concerned, who shall take action by taking into consideration the threat perception, in terms of the judgment that is there in favour of the petitioner.
