Civil Appeal No. 193 of 2009 whereby the judgment and order dated 23rd September, 2009, passed by the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Gargoti in RCS No. 63 of 2009 below application Exh. 5, rejecting application for temporary injunction, has been confirmed. 2. The Regular Civil Suit No. 63 of 2009 has been itself disposed of on 26th November, 2009. The writ petition, therefore, has been rendered infructuous. 3.
