The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to the respondent, Development Authority, to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 26.09.2024 wherein the petitioner has alleged that the respondent, Development Authority, has utilized some part of the land inherited by him for purposes of construction of a road, therefore, compensation should be paid. 2. Shri A.P. Paul, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, Development Authority, submits that the representation would be decided. 3. Shri Abhinava Krishna Srivastava, Advocate has accepted notice on behalf of respondent No. 5 (Nagar Nigam, Kanpur). 4. Having regard to the prayer made, we dispose of the instant petition by providing that the representation of the petitioner dated 26.09.2024 shall be decided by respondent No. 2 within eight weeks from the date of communication of the instant order along with photocopy of the representation.
