The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Karmatanr P.S. Case No. 69/2025, registered under sections 115(2), 126(2), 127 (2), 329(4), 64 (1), 62, 303(2), 3(5) of BNS, 2023 (under section 323, 341, 342, 448, 511, 379, 376/511, 34 of I.P.C.), pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamtara. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that false allegations are made against the petitioners. He further submits that petitioners and informant are agnates and due to some dispute false allegation has been made. He also submits that petitioner no.1 is aged about 73 years, inspite of that allegation of molestation has been made against him. He then submits that now good sense has prevailed between the parties and matter has been compromised in the light of annexure-2. He further submits that compromise petition has been filed before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamtara. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioners may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. ( 2025:JHHC:32491 ) 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations of molestation are there. 5. Considering that petitioner no.1 is aged about 73 years against whom allegation of molestation has been made, both sides are agnates and the matter has been compromised in the light of annexure-2. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the above named, petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of their surrender / arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamtara, in connection with Karmatanr P.S.
