The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and memorandum of grounds of criminal petition and the order of the High Court dated 10.01.2025 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of A Court dated 10.01.2025 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Raja Reddy Koneti, Advocate for the Petitioner/Accused and Public : Prosecutor for the Respondent, the Court made the following; ORDER: “This petition is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner while granting bail to her in Cri.P.No.9776 of The petitioner shall appear before the 2024, dated 10.01.2025 i.e., Station House Officer once in a week i.e., on every Sunday between 10:00 AM and 05:00 PM till filing of the Charge Sheet”. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working as Manager in Union Bank of India and has been transferred from Guntur to Ongole and hence it has become difficult for her to comply with the aforesaid condition. In view of the submissions made, I am inclined to modify the condition directing the petitioner to appear before the Station House Officer from once in a week to once in two months i.e., on First Sunday in between 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM, till filing of charge sheet.
