The only prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the respondent No.2/District Magistrate, Mainpuri to consider and decide the representation dated 03.02.2025 submitted by the petitioner pursuant to the Government Order No.2/2020/775 29.06.2020-162 सस/2001 dated 07.07.2020. 2. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing counsel that the respondent No.2 will take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file fresh representation before respondent No.2/District Magistrate, Mainpuri within three weeks from today along with certified copy of this order. In case, the petitioner will file the same within the stipulated period, the respondent No.2 is directed to pass appropriate orders in the matter strictly in accordance with law most expeditiously and preferably within a period of six weeks thereafter.
