It is argued by Sri Manoj Nigam, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.5-Bank that initially loan of Rs. 2,00,000/- was taken by the petitioner on 11.10.2013. 4. According to the statement of the Bank, which was placed before this Court, it transpires that amount of Rs. 40,000/- was deposited by the petitioner from time to time. It is further argued that on the basis of Bank statement, balance amount as on 31.03.2025 is Rs. 8,32,575/-. It is argued by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is ready and willing to make the aforesaid dues but some time be granted to the petitioner. 6. Learned counsel for the respondent bank has no objection in case petitioner is ready and willing to make the aforesaid payments in installments. 7. entire outstanding amount due against him in the following manner :- (i) Petitioner shall deposit Rs.1,25,000/- (One Lac Twenty Five Thousand) on or before 30.06.2025 with the respondent-Bank. (iv) Till the period prescribed for depositing the aforesaid amount and thereafter during the period of deposit of installments, the recovery proceedings will be kept in abeyance. In case the petitioner defaults in depositing the initial amount or thereafter installments within the stipulated period, it will be open for the respondents to start recovery proceedings against the petitioner. 8.
