This Cr.M.P. has been filed with the prayer for modification of the order dated 01.07.2025 passed in B.A. No.3140 of 2025 by which the petitioner was given the privilege of regular bail subject to condition that the petitioner will enlarge on bail on showing proof of transfer of Rs.34,997/- and Rs.4,99,983/- to the Bank Accounts of Anju Bodwal and Md. Ifthekharuddin. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits by drawing attention of this Court to the Supplementary Affidavit dated 04.09.2025 that the petitioner has already deposited Rs.25,000/- in the account of Anju Bodwal and Rs.2,25,000/- in the account of Md. Ifthekharuddin. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody undergone by the petitioner in the meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Spl. Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara in connection with Jamatara (Cyber) Crime P.S. Case No.15 of 2025 with the condition that he will co-operate with the trial of the case and furnish his mobile number and photocopy of the Aadhar Card in the court below with an undertaking that he will not change his mobile number during the trial of the case.
