3. This application has been filed under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, for extension of time as the mandate of learned Arbitrator is stated to have come to an end by afflux of time.
4. Mr. Suneet Goel, learned Senior Advocate representing the respondent, has made a submission that since
2 2025:HHC:38309 the time has already been extended twice, the extension this time should be for a limited period of time.
5. Keeping in view the averments made in the application and the fact that the arbitration proceedings are at final stages, the time is extended till 31st January, 2026. The Arbitrator shall, in all eventualities, finally dispose of the arbitration proceedings on or before the said date. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
