The petitioner by means of present writ petition has prayed for following relief :- (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to correct the date of birth as 01.01.2003 in place of date of birth as 16.12.2004 in the Aadhar card of petitioner." 2. It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner's date of birth in the Aadhar card has been corrected but while taking the print out of the same, the incorrect date of birth is shown in the Aadhar card of the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner may file an application before respondent no. 2 for her grievances. 4. In view of above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to file a detailed application ventilating her grievances before respondent no. 2 within a period of one month from today. On filing such application, the respondent no. 2 is directed to consider and decide the same within a further period of two months thereafter in accordance with law.
