Bagga, Advocate, for respondent No.3. While placing on record communication dated 6.11.2025, issued by the Director of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, enclosing therewith communication dated 4.11.2025, issued by the Deputy Secretary (Education) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, whereby administrative approval came to be conveyed and additional amount to the tune of Rs. 2,12,42,793/-came to be sanctioned, Mr. Vishal Panwar, learned Additional Advocate General, states that in terms of mandate contained in the judgment sought to be executed, Government has sent its approval vide letter dated 4.11.2025 for payment of due and admissible arrears of 95% Grant-in-Aid to the petitioners. He states that in that regard, Deputy Director of Higher Education/Elementary Education have been directed to deposit the due and admissible amount in the account of the petitioners. Having perused aforesaid document, which is taken on record, there appears to be merit in the contention of the learned Additional Advocate General. Since mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant application and as such, present application is disposed of with direction to the respondents to ensure that financial benefits, if not already released, shall be released expeditiously, preferably, within six weeks.
