They stated that same Consent Terms were filed in Second Appeal Nos.834/2016 with 838/2016 and in view of the Consent Terms, both the Second Appeals were disposed of by this Court vide Order dated 06th July, 2017. Further, the learned Advocate for the parties stated that the present Appeal is also intended to be disposed of by way of clause (c) of paragraph no.3 of the Consent Terms. 2) Hence, the Consent Terms are taken on record and marked as ‘X’. The said clause (c) in paragraph no.3 of the Consent Terms reads thus :- “ 3(c).
