Malatesh for the complainants requests the Court to permit the Tahsildar, Mysuru Taluka as party respondent inasmuch as the directions of learned Single Judge sought to be complied with by the Tahsildar. 2. Permission is granted. The Tahsildar, Mysuru Taluka, shall be impleaded as party respondent. Amendment to be done within three days. 3. The directions of learned Single Judge are in respect of conducting phodi and durast in respect of the subject matter land as provided for in the order dated 19.12.2023 are brought under contempt. - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:1568-DB CCC No. 1386 of 2024 4. The directions, as is clear from the bare reading, do not contain any time limit for compliance. Therefore, at present, it cannot be said that any of the respondents, including the newly added respondent have committed contempt of Court. 5. However, at the same time, the directions of the Court should not go uncomplied with. 6. Therefore, by requiring respondent No.3-Tahsildar to carry out the directions to consider the application of the complainants for conducting phodi and durast in respect of the subject land within three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 7.
