The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instruction, submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition for the past two months; and that the final report has also been filed. 3. Considering the aforesaid facts, the condition imposed on the petitioner in para no.6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.27928 of 2024 dated 23.01.2025 is modified, directing the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates. The other conditions imposed in the order dated 23.01.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.27928 of 2024 shall remain unaltered. 4.
