Sahay, Addl.P.P. ----- 3/ 26.09.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Dumri P.S. Case No. 117 of 2024 corresponding to Special POCSO Case No.01 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 96 of the B.N.S., 2023, and under Sections 8, 12 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Giridih. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have enticed away the daughter of the informant leave her lawful guardianship. 4. It was submitted that the statement of the victim was recorded under Section 183 of B.N.S.S. in which she has stated that she has left her lawful guardianship according to her own wish. It was further submitted that this is a case of adolescent love affairs between the parties. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Giridih, in connection with Dumri P.S. Case No. 117 of 2024 corresponding to Special POCSO Case No.01 of 2025. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Rohit/-
