JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 3 06-08-2025 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and the learned counsel for the informant. 2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Musarigharari P.S. Case No. 186 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 64(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 6, 12 of the POCSO Act. 3. As per the case zero FIR has been launched at New Delhi by the victim herself, the petitioner on the pretext of love affair obtained naked photograph of the victim during the Whatsapp video call. 4. The video of the intimate moments of the petitioner and the victim have been produced by the victim girl during Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27225 of 2025(3) dt.06-08-2025 2/2 investigation. The Petitioner is in custody since 06.01.2025. 5. Considering the gravity of the offence and the nature of the accusation, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.
