Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner will be satisfied, in case respondent No. 3 is directed to dispose of the appeal preferred by him against order dated 11.09.2024 passed by Tehsildar, Atholi (Paddar)-respondent No. 4, by virtue of which his application for grant of ST Category certificate came to be declined, within a time frame. 2. His statement is taken on record. 3. Issue notice to the respondents. 4. Ms. Monika Kohli, learned Senior AAG waives notice on behalf of the respondents. She submits that appropriate orders may be passed. 5. Having regard to the limited nature of the controversy and relief prayed for, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 3-Deputy Commissioner, Kishtwar to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner within a period of ten days from the Serial No. 37 2 WP(C) No. 1602/2025 date a certified copy of this order along with copy of writ petition and annexures are made available to him. 6.
