(ORAL) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of FIR No.436 dated 23.06.2016 , for the offence under Sections 376, 406, 420, 506 IPC registered at Police Station Sector-7, Faridabad, District Faridabad, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise/affidavits dated 06.09.2016 (Annexure P-2 & P-3). It was alleged by the complainant that petitioner committed fraud under the deception of solemnizing marriage and making time and again physical relation and in regard of selling forged land and falsely alluring for opening a business and allure of providing good profit and grabbing money and committed fraud. On this background, the FIR was registered. During the pendency of the trial, the matter has been resolved between the petitioner and respondent No.2-Sheetal Bhatt, vide Anil Kumar 2016.11.09 12:05 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CRM-M-31957 of 2016 2 compromise/affidavits dated 06.09.2016 (Annexure P-2 & P-3). On issuing of notice of motion, petitioner and respondent No.2 have put in appearance and filed their respective affidavits stating therein that they have solemnized the marriage without any pressure and coercion and they are living happily together as husband and wife. The same are taken on record. In this regard, Shettal Bhatt-complainant has no objection if the present FIR is quashed against the petitioner. In view of the above, FIR No.436 dated 23.06.2016 , for the offence under Sections 376, 406, 420, 506 IPC registered at Police Station Sector-7, Faridabad, District Faridabad, is quashed along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom qua the petitioner. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
