No.704 of 2024 (State vs. Atul Singh and others) arising out of Case Crime No.479 of 2022 under Sections 323, 307, 325, 504, 506 IPC, P.S.- Sahjanwa, District-Gorakhpur, whereby discharge application has been dismissed. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the application and wants liberty to file a appropriate application before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copy of the relevant documents may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a xerox thereof. In view of the above, the application is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
