The parties are referred to as husband and wife for the sake of convenience. 3. The facts of the case are that the marriage between the parties are solemnized on 09.12.2020. In view of the differences between the parties, the husband had filed MC.No.493/2024 on the file of the Principal Judge, Family Court at Hubballi seeking decree of divorce. 4. Learned counsel for the wife submits that the wife is staying at Mysore and it is very difficult for her to travel from Mysore to Hubballi. It is submitted that there is threat to her life also. It is submitted that the distance between Mysore and Hubballi is about 497 kilometers and it is difficult for the wife to travel on each date of hearing. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:16687 CP No. 526 of 2024 5. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that no grounds are made out seeking transfer of MC.No.493/2024. 6. Having heard the learned counsels on either side, perused the entire material on record. Considering the fact that the distance between Mysore and Hubballi is about 497 kilometers and the hardship that is caused to the wife, this Court deems it appropriate to pass the following order: ORDER i. MC.No.493/2024 filed by the respondent which is pending on the file of the Principal Judge, Family Court at Hubballi, is withdrawn and the same is transferred to the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court at Mysore. ii.
