3. Perused the record. On 04.12.2024, Crime No.291/2024 of Amaravati Police Station, Palnadu District was registered for the aforesaid offences. The petitioner alleged to have committed the offences prior to 04.12.2024. Having heard both sides, it is seen that the offences alleged are punishable with imprisonment of seven years and less than seven years. It is, in these circumstances, investigating Police are directed to comply with Section 35(3) of BNSS and all the directions given by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the judgment in Arnesh Kumar vs. State of Bihar and other related rulings scrupulously.
4. With these observations, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
