The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Ahilyapur P.S. Case No. 14 of 2025, registered under sections 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 126(2), 117(2), 109, 324(4), 333, 303(2), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the BNS, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Giridih. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that F.I.R has been instituted against ten named accused persons including these petitioners alleging therein that all the accused persons assaulted the informant and his father and brother and took away a sum of Rs. 50,500/- from the shop of the informant. He further submits that there are general and omnibus allegations against all the accused persons. He also submits that five of the co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Judge. He then submits that allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted on the hand of the brother of the informant and so far petitioner no.2 is concerned there is no allegation. He further submits that grievous injury has been received by the father and brother of the informant on the assault made by Manoj Turi. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioners may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. ( 2025:JHHC:33581 ) 4. Learned counsels for the State and informant oppose the prayer and submit that allegation of assault is there against the petitioners. 5. Looking into contents of F.I.R, it transpires that grievous injury has been received by the father and brother of the informant pursuant to assault made by the accused Manoj Turi and so far petitioner no.1 is concerned, allegation against him is that he assaulted on the hand and there is no allegation of assault against petitioner no.2. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the above named, petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of their surrender / arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Giridih, in connection with Ahilyapur P.S. Case No. 14 of 2025, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023. Dt.11.11.2025 ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) satyarthi-
