Raghunandan Rao) It is represented that the mediation, suggested by this Court, has borne fruit. It is submitted by both the counsel that, as a part of the mediation process, it was agreed that the child would be handed over to the mother on 10.03.2025 and she would send the child back to the father on 20.04.2025. It is also submitted that both sides are hopeful of completing the mediation by 2 20.04.2025. It was also agreed that the child would be sent back to the father as and when of the child has exams. In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is closed leaving it open to the parties to approach this Court in the event of any future difficulty. There shall be no order as to costs.
