1. This is an office reference.
2. This Court, vide order dated 17.01.2025, passed in MCRC No. 8932/2024, while allowing the bail to the petitioner, namely, Anil Kumar, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, if there was no legal impediment.

2 through the Principal District and Sessions Judge, District – Mungeli (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 09.07.2025 has requested for grant of one month’s time for concluding the trial.
4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that in this case, out of 10 witnesses, 3 witnesses are yet to be examined. Therefore, it is likely to take some time for concluding the trial. Therefore, he prays for grant of one month’s time for concluding the trial.
5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is
directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of one month from today.
6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
7. Registry is directed to send a certified copy of this order to the trial Court concerned for necessary information and compliance. Sd/-
