By way of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 3. At the very outset, on the basis of instructions, learned Standing Counsel submitted that family members of petitioner no.1 have submitted before concerned police that they have no objection with regard to solemnization of marriage between petitioners and as such, no cause of action survives in favour of petitioners to pursue the instant petition and the same may be disposed of. 4.
